locked out of admin on windows xp
i took myself of of admin on my windows ex home edition, and now i can't do anything, under my limited account.Ive tried starting in safe mode, but even there under user accounts, only my limited account shows there and it won't allow me to change anything.I keep reading there is a default admin in safe mode, but i still can' seem to find it.any help please.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi archiep, The default built in administrator account in Safe Mode appears as Administrator when you login to Safe Mode. If you are unable to see this account when you login to Safe Mode, it could be possible that this account has also been disabled by you at some point. At this juncture, I would suggest you to get into the Recovery console and perform System Restore. Here’s a link which talk about it. Follow the steps listed in the article below to fix this issue.How to recover from a corrupted registry that prevents Windows XP from starting Warning: Do not use the procedure that is described in this article if your computer has an OEM-installed operating system. The system hive on OEM installations creates passwords and user accounts that did not exist previously. If you use the procedure that is described in this article, you may not be able to log back into the recovery console to restore the original registry hives.
