So i find a windows software witch ask my position. LogonUI.exe and locationnotifications.exe. When i would like open it, they are not open. So I would like to know this softvare realy ask my position?(according to journaling yes) why??? Why good for me this? How i uninstall this software?

Ask software vendor for help. Most probably you should run this program with elevated right. However be very careful as it may be malware that harm your installation.
