When booting up my computer (I'm running Windows XP home version 2000) there is an error message that the local profile cannot be loaded and that a temporay profile will be created. However, it does not let me save anything to the computer if I turn it off. None of my Favorites, screensavers, files, or the History, etc. will save to the computer.
