I have a win 7 (x64 HP), I took my laptop to guarantee center, but I forgot delete my private files. is it possible and probably how to understand anybody access my files?

1. You may be safe unless there is evidence of plotting against the government security :-) 2. Companies follow some standards and do not pass content of your hard disk to third party (except for military private Manning) 3. Computer vendors say that it is customer responsibility and they do not exclude the content erase. 4. Unless someone change the file(s), there is no native tool to do forensic analysis.
