laptop keypad no longer responding
my daughter was typing in Word 2007 on her laptop and said some option box popped up. She clicked okay without reading it and now none of her keyboard keys will respond. We rebooted twice and each time the keys work fine to type in her password. But as soon as any program is opened up, no keys will work though the mouse works fine. Help!1 person needs an answerI do too
