How can I get my keyboard on my DELL mini notebook to work. I looked at its properties and it said it was functional, but it won't work I have to use my on-screen keyboard. Is there anyway I could have locked my keyboard? Thank you in advance.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, Do your keybaord lights light up?Have you tried an external keyboard?Have you checked the drivers?

Try booting the system into safe mode and see if the KB works there. Does the KB work if you can access the BIOS (are you able to use the arrows, etc. to move focus, etc.?)
