Hi, Kevin,
How about your problem now? If there any progress?
Kevin
Need a few more details on the problem please.
1. Is KB2267602 not updating at all?
OR
2. Is KB2267602 installing but then it appears again later the same day or the next day to install again?
IF #1
Please provide the error message that you are receiving.
IF #2
KB2267602 is the name given to EVERY Windows Defender definition update.
KB2267602 will usually appear at least once a day (every time Microsoft updates the antivirus definitions)
If you go into your update history you will see KB2267602 listed multiple times but the part that you want to pay attention to is where it says (Definition .....) which is the actual file that is installing.
This isn't a Microsoft problem or a computer problem.
Think of it this way:
You have software folders on your computer which hold all the files for a program. When the program updates the folder's name doesn't change just the files inside it.
In this case KB2267602 would be considered the folder and where it says (Definition X.XXX.XXX.X) would be the program update.
