I am getting sooooooooooo sick of your changes that make things worse.  I updated to 8.1 like an idiot and the new explorer on 2 of my computers.

Now half of the websites I use for work will no longer work and the mouse skips around the screen when opening multiple windows and or programs  "on both computers" and excel will no longer open on one of my computers.

I am done with this.

Firstly, please let me know if some error message appear when the issue occurred.

Then, I would like to confirm your Internet Explorer version.

Because Internet Explorer 11 is a part of the Windows 8.1 update.

If some websites cannot work in the IE 11,I suggest we try the Compatibility mode to test it.

Meanwhile, please try updating all drivers to the latest version. It is very important. For example: graphics driver, audio driver and so on.

We can download these driver by manufacturer websites.

In addition, I would like to know what version of Excel you are using.

Please reboot the system to test if we can open the Excel.

If it doesn't work, please repair the Excel to check the result.
