Firstly, was there any error message when you failed to print?
Meanwhile, based on my research, please try the following:
1. Test the issue with another computer.
2. Check if you have installed the correct driver.
3. Check if Print Spooler Service is Started.
4. Run
Printer troubleshooter and see how it works.

However, if issue persists, it is also recommended to contact your printer manufacturer for help.
