1. Is this new or recurrent phenomenon?
2. Are there any traces in event logs?
3. Why is the printer model top secret? Address the support forum of your printer for help.

Hi,

Firstly, was there any error message when you failed to print?

Meanwhile, based on my research, please try the following:

1. Test the issue with another computer.
2. Check if you have installed the correct driver.
3. Check if Print Spooler Service is Started.
4. Run
Printer troubleshooter and see how it works.

More information:

However, if issue persists, it is also recommended to contact your printer manufacturer for help.

Hope this helps.
