does someone having same IP address mean they have access to your computer?how can i check if anyone is accessing my computer, even if they have altered settings on my computer to do this. 1 person needs an answerI do too

HiThere are two kinds of IP addresses.1. Internet external. - It provides to you by your ISP and it cannot be used as a duplicate.2.
