Are you using Windows XP? Home? Pro? What browser are you using? (IE8? Firefox? Something else) What anti-virus software are you using? What kind of Internet connection do you have?-B-

I am using Windows XP Home. I use McAfee for the anti-virus. The internet connection is AT&T, the portable device that plugs into the usb port. My browser is Windows Internet Explorer 6. Thanks for looking into this.

Yes, the 3G wireless adapters. I get the message when I click on the Internet Explorer icon and it opens to my homepage (yahoo.com). I have tried to go to different sites, but get the same message.

So Yahoo opens o.k.? What method are you using to get to other webpages - are you clicking a link or typing the address in the address bar of the browser? What happens if you go to the address bar and type http://www.bing.com?-B-

No yahoo doesn't open. Nothing will open. When I type in any address, I get the same error message.

The yahoo address appears in the address window, but it doesn't open. I have tried just clicking the link and I have also typed in the address. Nothing seems to work.
