Update the network card driver to the latest version. 3. Update the security software and scan the whole system to see if the computer is infected by viruses. 4. Boot in Safe Mode with Networking for a test. Restart the computer and press F8, then select Safe Mode with Networking. 5. If the issue persists, please install Network Monitor to capture which process uses abnormal bandwidth.
