internet file transfers slow with win 7 pro 64 bit
This is just informational to those who are having this issueI was having trouble with file transfers via http, ftp and also streaming media (youtube)the file transfer or stream would begin and then randomly freeze web pages would load most of the time but would sometimes freeze also untill refreshed. After muchtroubleshooting (involving going as far as replacing the network adapter)wailing and gnashing of teeth I finally tried disabling theQuality of Service scheduler (QoS Scheduler) on my ethernetnetwork interface.Problem cleared up immediately after that. Since then file transfers and streams have been functioning normallyI am posting this because I was unable to find this information anywhere as a known issue and thought I would just put it out there. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem, So your not alone, I just built a new PC with a MSINF750-G55 mother board that has Nvida 10/100/1000 network card built into the board or 750a chipset and I have super slow download speeds for everthing using windows 7 pro, My computer runs fine all except for that issue, I have all the latest drivers installed also and still now luck, I wish I new for sure if this was a driver or Windows 7 issue, I hope this gets resolved. Thanks
