I connect to the internet via my ISP and surf OK then when I paste a web address in the address bar IE 8 says its offline & do I want to connect, and connection box opens up, Either way I cannot connect to my chosen web site yet the microsoft diagnosis tool says I am connected.This only happens on one of my computers and both computers have exactly the same operating systems
