internet connection problem
I have a windows XP SP2 computer at 2.6GHz and 512MB of memory. My problem is its internet connection. I'm just surfing the web and then in the next day i can't connect to the internet. I tried to reset the modem, unplug it for at least 30 minutes and then plug it back but still nothing happens. I scan it for viruses and I found some, (its something like conficker worm). And then i tried to reset its winsock key usingWinSockXP Fix app, it works but in the next day I lose again my connection. I used it again but same thing happen, get it work but in the next day the problem came back. What should be the problem? Can reformatting the PC will eliminate the problem? Pls help...1 person needs an answerI do too

HiIt might be that you have a Virus/Worm/Trojan that keep Re-installng itself after you clean it up.Try to use this scanner, http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/Then paste the result here, http://www.hijackthis.de/enIt might show the "Bad" processes. Jack, MVP - Networking.
