My friend's computer is not letting her log in saying something about insufficient resources and not being smart with a computer, she only has one profile (i know right). We got her a whole new laptop and everything but she needs files on the hard drive of the other laptop. Is there a way to make a new profile without having to log in? or simply take the files off the other hard drive and skip loading what ever could be the problem?she really needs the documents, so reinstalling the OS is a big no no.1 person got this answerI do too
