i had no issues at all downloading windows 7 but it is in some wierd zip file when i go to unzip it it says out of bounds error but acts like it is unzipping but just sits my friend said that it is a RAR file and needs to be burned to a DVD to install but i know that is wrong i intend to install it on a slave drive as a duel boot so i wont have to uninstall my xp pro or lose my current config this shouldnt be an issue but i have downloaded it 3 times and evan the 64 bit verson with the same results i need to be able to unzip it and install what am i doing wrong??

From where did you download the files and whats the extension of thefile you have, as the file fromMicrosoft is in ISO format and Winrar can open ISO files. You will need some DVD burning utility to Burn the ISO file i.e. Nero, Alcohol 120% etc....Hope that helps.....
