installed updates and computer very slow and no space left
i have windows xp pro sp2I had about 8 gigs of my 60 gigs space yesterday, then i installed about 200 updates and now my computer is very slow and i have no space left. i have removed all programs i don't use and have moved user data off the computer, and used the disk clean to make space.i wanted to install the sp3, but have no space.1) is it possible to remove previous updates to make space?2) can i remove previous restore points?3) how to turn off services that i dont use?1 person needs an answerI do too

You would be much better off just buying a bigger hard drive. Make sure your computer supports larger drives and buy a 120-160GB drive. You can clone the original drive to the new one so as to not lose Windows and your programs, data, etc. Make sure you check the interface (IDE or SATA) before buying a new hard drive. A 160GB SATA drive for instance costs as little as $40. Laptop drives are a little bit more, around $60 for a 160GB drive. The reason I'm mentioning a 120-160GB drive instead of an even larger one is that you didn't say what kind of computer you have, laptop/desktop, age, etc. and that is a factor in how large a drive to get.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
