increasing size of font
how can I get incomming mail to have a larger size font? How can I get documents i scan or copy to have a larger size font?

That is dependant on which mail client you are using. Look at the options, if there is one then use it to change the display text. You can open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display and change the DPI setting. In some programs you can press Ctrl and move the mouse wheel to adjust the font size.Arthur Xie - MSFT
