1. Have you followed the guide for implementing SSPR, enable MPRs (Anonymous uses can reset their passwords ) etc?

2. Is user member of the SET used by Anonymous uses can reset their passwords MPR.  By Default this set is Password Reset Users

3. The obvious question, has user been registered?

Rakesh, Could you please provide a little more info. List the steps and at which step the failure occurs. Where are you seeing the error .

Already register users are also getting this error, Please suggest. MPRs are correctly enabled.
