if i should go back and write error caodes down will that get me help faster and am i in the right place and where else should i go post
I have windows xp home edition automatic updates is on and are current. I tried to download a wheel of fortune game and right b4 it was done it stopped saying wasnt able to
complete I dont know exactly I tried same process 2 more x's then went to normal site and noticed that page done but with error i noticed text covering text in
one area only i went down the page to my normal place clicked it opened and tried to click start and nothing i could not click on anything and system shut down error had something to do with
add ons activex which i dont know which one does what or is part of another. the next day i attempted same thing went to a usual site had same problem windows kept shutting down i went to add on manager and i believe disabled all with activex not realizing
they were interactive so i went to a free pc tune up download did scan and then it fixed only 15 out of 200 something errors
and wanted
money so then i went to another site 100% free and did scan and during download for scanner tools pc froze tried this several more times more sites then went to system restore
to last comp blah blah that was from 5 days prior went to usual site repeated same steps as b4 same results went back and reversed last restore and attempted to do another restore as close to prior time problem started as possible no change undid restore
then decided to come to this site thinking that maybe downloading from these free unk sites might be making it worse tried to download an analysis to upgrade to windows 7 thinking that maybe it would direct me to what and how to fix my pc as soon as i clicked
download i was instantly shut down message something about too much of my information would be accessible or obtainable so then i tried some other program on same site and same thing happened so now i cannot even start a download help me please i am so irritated
and tired and if i keep going on my own dark path of common sense and little know how ????!!!!!!i wont have a pc to save by tomorrow thanks

These 'free' scanning programs can do untold damage to your PC, and in some cases will infect your PC with virus / malaware
You should not think of upgrading any software whilst you have a problem, the problem needs fixing first
Its not entirely clear what your problem is, other than a game you attempted to download failed, which could be for any number of reasons.
