Hi,
Internet Explorer 8 is built in Windows 7 system and you can enable it in the
Turn Windows features on or off.
There are two versions of Internet Explorer 8 in your system, IE8 64-bit and IE8 32-bit. IE8 64-bit is the default.
If you would like to use the IE8 32-bit, you may refer to the following link:
