identy password
When I change Identy, it will not accept password and I cannot send mail unless I use the main identity. I have tried several identies, and several passwords. This has been a problem for months and I have spent hours with Centurylink. They gave me your # and you gave me this site. HELP!1 person needs an answerI do too

Why not create a new identity and create a duplicate of your account in it?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]------------------------------If a reply helps, please vote it as helpful. If a reply solves the issue, please mark it as an answer.

If you have a password on an Identity, then create a new Identity and go to File | Import | Messages and import from the Identity you cannot access. That should not prevent access to your accounts. Set up your accounts so that the settings match what Century Link indicated for user name, password, and port settings. steve "daves41" wrote in message news:e04ab899-02c8-493f-97d2-1c0adc8468ce...When I change Identy, it will not accept password and I cannot send mail unless I use the main identity.
