al of a suden when i open my laptop, all icons look like wordpad and when u open it, it comes up like a weird word document i dnt knw because this is my first time having laptop

Hi, According the issue, this problem should be caused by default programs options. Please take the following steps to check this problem: 1. Click Start button, click Control Panel. 2.
