i just bought a new pc and the person that had it made it to where i cant add what i want on it it says i need a adminsitrative to help me

it says im not the administrative to delete anything or to add anything1 person needs an answerI do too

We need more information. Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and tell us what you see. Is your user account Limited? What version of XP are you running (Home/Pro/Media Center) and what service pack level is it at?
