i have getting an error 0x8007002 in lumia 730 after degrading from windows 10 to 8.1 by windows recovery tool. i tried hard reset and soft reset but when ever i update or download packages i get             :-(  symbol
 
It's probably a temporary problem. To try again,go to settings >Phone Update
(0x80070002).
problem is there since 2months but unable to find any solution. please anyone tell me if u know

By the error, we could try to run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

 1      Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
 2      In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow
Then run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in CDM to check if the issue persist.

In addition, check if there are any errors in application log when update failed.
