In as much as there are probably a dozen different email programs that are commonly used on Vista, it would help a lot if you'd tell us which one you're using. Would be cool if you could include some details about your email account, too. i am using windows xp media version.i upgraded to latest version of explorer. so again, when i am in windows live hotmail, these titles such as 'sort by' in duplicate appear in boh purple and black lettering, yet neither is active. these titles overlay my email listings so that i cannot access links like reply, forward, delete etc. very frustrating.

Hi artisbasic, Thanks for posting. Are you using an email client to view your email, or does this appear on the web page? Thanks!Shawn - Support Engineer - MCP, MCDST Microsoft Answers Support Engineer Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think
