The easiest thing to do is to ask your domain administrator to do that for you, as all domain admins have admin privs on machines joined to the domain. But if that is not possible, you'll have to poke around for one of those rescue cds that allows you to change reset the admin password by booting from a cd.

Another way, remove the computer from domain and create a administrator account, then re-join domian. Thanks.

Step 1: Right-click Computer to select Manage. And the Computer Management screen will come up. Step 2: Double-click Local Users and Groups, and then click Users. Step 3: Right-click the account that you need to reset the password for, and then click Set Password. Step 4: Create a new password for the Windows 7 account. learn more about how to reset windows 7 password here.
