i have to download the file before i can open it and still have to go to my documents to do that. this is very recent and i happening on two different computers. the one i am on has win 7 the other XP. i have had this problem before about 3 yrs ago with a different computer and it was in the explorer not my providers. this happens with all my providers, aol, hotmai, gamail and my business server Network solutions. i have not downloaded anything to change this and both computers have not downloaded the samething so something else is a miss. i really need to get this fixed for this is a buisness computer thanx
