i am trying to stop pop message;network cable is unplugged
i do not have a home network, i have only one computer. a balloon pops up local area connection contains message ,a network cable is unplugged. i tried disabling device and this stopped popup,butwhen i tried to log onto internet i got message ,windows cannot connect, windows fixed connection problem and in doing so re inable device and problem has returned with popup balloon every few seconds. i am using hughes satelite for internet service provider and do not have any telephone lines or cables conncted to computer.1 person needs an answerI do too

The msg isnt specific to a networked PC If you are connected to the internet you must have some type of internet connection configured on your PC either via a cable or wireless
