i am getting a message on other computer winlogon.exe-bad image &shsvd.dll when i go to safe mode wont let me do anything else what do i do

i dont know what to do please help i am getting message winlogon.exe & shsvs.dll what does it mean and what do i do2 people need an answerI do too
