You can use Windows Anytime Upgrade to uprade to another edition: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/help/videos/upgrade-to-another-edition-of-windows-7-by-using-windows-anytime-upgrade Hope this helps.

If you mean can I go back if I upgrade to Pro or Ultimate, the answer is you can use the Lenovo Recovery, but you will lose everything when you do this. And, you will have to pay for the Anytime Upgrades. The Recovery option put in place by Lenovo will restore your system to the state it was when you bought it. The Recovery option completely wipes out the current installation and writes a new Windows system. If you do an Anytime Upgrade to Ultimate, nothing will be removed or destroyed. The Anytime Upgrade "unlocks" features of Windows that are not available in your current Home Premium. The "one click install" will take you back to Home Premium. That's what Lenovo put on the Recovery Partition and an "upgrade" does not do anything to that Recovery data. The Anytime Upgrade does not require a DVD, it just "unlocks" features that are currently not available. The "one click install" or Recovery option will return you system to a clean Home Premium state as it was when you bought the system. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
