Can someone help a girl in need? iv been using mircosoft office word up untill yesterday perfect and is now not letting me type saying its looked it will let me do eveythin and i can use the key board on internet has any1 got any suggestions

Did you do an update or something? Try a system restore and see if that helps. Control panel,system back-up, then system recovery near the bottom.

Hey bec24, By chance are you run'n Word 2007 or 2010? If so, on the Ribbon under the Review tab, check the Restrict Editing, looks like a lock on a doc settings. L 8 R, William Davidson

Hi, Does the issue occur on certain document file or each one? If the issue occurs on certain file, please try Williamdinbc’s suggestion to remove the Restrict information.
