My msn is not working and I have tried everything I contacted Microsoft and still nothing seems to work. All of this did not help. I amusing Windows XP Professional (English) , and I still have the same problem. May someone can suggest more solutions?? Thank you Wael

thanks!!!! I resolved my proble with this procedure!!! security essential doesn't update in windows xp sp2... I launched the bat file and now update complete!!!!
