I need to update Root certifcate in domain computers with Windows 8.1

I have problems accessing computer certificates because it can not verify them, try installing the KB 931125 but this is discontinued.

8.1 lei according windows automatic updates form these root certificates, but the new equipment would not be doing, as I check? Is there any fix to upgrade these root certificates?

I also saw the kb3004394, but install and nothing, we remain the same.

As we know, if there are certificate authorities in your domain, clients will get their root certificates by communicating with domain controllers. You should make sure the computer can talk to domain controllers.

It mostly seems like that you are tring to update other root certificates instead of your domain CA's. If that is the case, after install KB3004394, please wait for 24hours according to the content in the below link:

In addition, as arnavsharma replied, make sure your computer can access the internet.

The update for Windows RT 8.1 or Windows RT can be obtained only from Windows Update.

To install this update, you must install update 2919355   (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919355)    

in Windows 8.1
