how to uninstall trustedinnstaller
i have windows 7 and trustedinstaller is using up all my cpu and has naffed my media player

You can't uninstall it. It does Windows updates etc. To stop it till the
next time it's needed (it will start automatically when needed).
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc (or right click a blank area of the taskbar and
choose Task Manager). Go to Process tab. Find TrustedInstaller in the list.
Right click it. Choose End Process.
