So for a long time now ive been stuck with windows 8.1 entreprise accidently and now that im going to get the legit version of windows im wondering, how do i Remove windows 8.1 entreprise from my computer so i can install a fresh copy of windows 8.1 that is not a entreprise version?

You can do a custom install (including formatting) when you go to install the new version of windows.

So i can just insert my stick and go through setup and it will remove itself??

Just another question while were at it, if i format my ssd and install windows, will i keep my data on my HDD? or will i need to format that to use it with my new version of windows??

If you have your data on a separate disk, I recommend disconnecting it. After doing a clean install of Windows 8.1 on your SSD, when you reconnect your HDD, you may need to import it. Also you will likely need to take ownership of all the files as they will have been owned by the account on your old OS.
