Hi i need some new solutions , well i try to log in the desktop i get a message telling that i m using a wrong user name ( nowing that i ve only one ) or a wrong password ( it can t be , coz i m using it in all my counts ) i tried 'safe mode ' F8 , F12 nothing worked , it still asking me for the password and again wrong, so i m kind of tried of trying , can you help me !! thanks Manal

Hi Manal, does it prompt that you have entered a wrong password? You can choose other user and type the username Administrator with password to log on the computer. If you do not know the password, please contact computer manufacturer or local computer administrator for help.
