my daughter set a new password on her laptop and she dont remember the password how do i log on as the admimstator i try control alt delete and it just logs me off again and reboots . she does not have a floppy drive to reset the password like it says to do .

Try restarting in Safe Mode (start tapping F8 when you switch on) and log on with the default built-in Administrator account (which usually has no password). You should then be able to change the user account password.
