Hey everyone, I a eGo have drive and can not be format, need your advices. I used the hard drive on both Mac and Windows laptop before. but it does not work at all recently. So I tried to format it, but it always shows that format unsuccessful..Here is how I did. double click my computer-right click on hard drive - click format- then click OK...and the system says "Windows was unable to complete the format." so if you have any advices. please let me know soon..thanks lot

diskpart list voume (find the drive number exp. 3) select volume 3 delete After this steps you should be able to use disk managment and format the drive.
