Have you tried using Shift when you use Right click the mouse for more options?

Look at the following in regedit and ensure it's setup correctly (not blank), the key should contain the following:
{7BA4C740-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837}
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Send To
Can you try other profiles on your system, do they have the same issue with the Send To menu?
Can you try running a System Restore to a previous time when you know the Send To menu wasn't corrupted?

Hi sadi.a,
Try the suggestions below:
1.
Please go to Start, type
shell:sendto into the Start Search box and then press ENTER.
2.
In the SendTo folder, please check if the send to items are listed in this folder.
3.
If not, go to my SkyDrive and then download the
SendTo.zip.
4.
Once the file is downloaded, please unzip it and then save the items to SendTo folder.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Linda

Create a new User profile for yourself on the PC. It'll come with all the 'send to' options intact.
