I use surface generation 3 and my operation system is Windows 8.1 Pro. Nowadays my computer often popup box "windows update standalone installer",  I click yes, then popup another box "windows easy transfer", I click yes, then popup another box "file operation". I do not know how to deal with this problem which disturb my work.

Could you please send the box which you received to us? The Windows Update Standalone Installer uses the Windows Update Agent API to install update packages. It help you to install updates manually.

First of all, performing System Restore may be a convenient and fast way to troubleshoot the issue.
