how to change User Priviledge with standard user login
I have Admin password, and I logged as a Standard user, and now I want to do Admin work in Control panel like Uninstall software, change TCP IP etc. I can possible ?

No, except some special situation. I wouold use task scheduler with elevated rights and SYSTEM or admin credentials.
