how do i stop my microsoft account being linked to a laptop?

I was borrowing a friends laptop today and logged into my Microsoft account while I was online. Now when I start up the laptop you have to log into my MS account. How do I stop this?

They have windows 10 not windows 8

It should be the same way as Windows 8 as far as I am aware, but it will require your friend to login as themselves. (they should be able to do this by clicking in the bottom left hand corner of the login screen and selecting their username)

Then they can follow these steps to remove your account and data.

Go to PC Settings, Accounts page. Choose 'Other Accounts'. You'll see a list of all the Microsoft accounts associated with the page. Select the one you wish to remove and hit Remove. You will be asked if you want to 'Delete account and data'. Choose this option.
