I have tried the 11 methods provided by microsoft and no luck. /.it tells me contact manufacturer so I did and they sent me here. I cant download updates,or netflix...i cant open quickbooks.Computer very slow. All happened to both my computers same day after using a disc from HP that came with new HP printer. Uninstalled that program I think. HELP PLEASE
