how do i remove someone from my safe senders list in my emails?
By mistake i allowed a company into my safe senders list and i get 3-4 spam emails a day and cannot block them. How do i remove them from my safe senders list?

Sir, if you mean Windows Live Hotmail here is a steps :
Remove an Address from Your Windows Live Hotmail Safe List
To remove an address from your Windows Live Hotmail Safe List:
Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic).
Follow the Safe and blocked senders link underJunk e-mail.
Click Safe senders. Highlight the email address or domain you want to remove under Safe senders and domains:.
Click << Remove from list.
