Hi, I am looking for a way to remove a preinstalled update that came with the windows xp sp3 installer i had KB956572 in particular, which somehow conflicts to the l-series devices that i owned.http://pt.ncomputing.com/Support/SupportForums/tabid/213/forumid/1/postid/1673/view/topic/language/en-US/Default.aspxcould anyone list any files modified by the update so that somehow i can copy the old versions from another machine? would that be a possible fix? i tried deleting the entries from the registry and it didnt work, i also tried downloading the same hotfix and installed it hoping it would be listed in the update list but its not.
