What is the name of this "extra user account"? Is it ASP.NET? That is a system account and not malware. If it's something else, XP Home has no ability to audit files/folders and hence track activity. You should scan your computer thoroughly for malware and remove the extra user. If you think the computer has been compromised from the outside world, the best solution is to back up your data and do a clean install of Windows.http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malwarehttp://michaelstevenstech.com/cleanxpinstall.html -Clean Install How-To http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Reinstalling_Windows -What you will need on-hand MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
