how do i find what exact version of windows 7 is installed on my pc
on system says windows 7.. but it does not says wich version is please help

torreon, Unless you've followed the steps detailed here to modify your edition of Windows 7, all RC installations are by default Windows 7 Ultimate.-Alex

Or do you refer to the build number? Look at the right bottom of your screen. If you want it even more (?) detailed, type "winver" into the start button search bar.Mobile AMD64 3000+, VIA Apollo K8T800 chipset, 1 G RAM, ATIRadeonMobility 9700, 20x DVDRW, C:XPSP3 (55G),D:WIN7 (25G),F:DATA (250G)

go to a CMD prompt and type ver, same command as in any version of Windows going back to 3.1Mark
