how can i disable some functions of the integrated wordpad engine
Hi
I was wondering how can i disable some functions of the integrated wordpad engine like:
1)rich text format support
2)unicode support
3)find and replace
i'm pretty sure it can be done through user policy but i cannot find the way...
i'm using win7 64bit.
thanks in advance

If you intend to do that, why not just uninstall WordPad completely? - you're effectively left with NotePad anyhow.

Hi,
Base on my knowledge, there is no such a group policy to achieve this requirement. Thank you for your understanding.

I know i can uninstall worpad but since more programms use the intergrated word engine i want to disable some functions from there...
I do not know if it's gpedit, poledit or some registry tweaking...
thanks
